Delivery- and shipping costs

All products will be shipped via DPD or DHL delivery services.
Pick-up on-site is available upon request.

Delivery fees for national deliveries within Germany are 9.80 EUR net per parcel plus VAT.

If you want to ship to countries outside Germany please select "Pick-up on site" and request individual shipping cost via email. 
The contract will be legally binding only after you have accepted the delivery fees.

We ship all of our products via parcel services. This allows you to track your delivery and at the same time we can make sure the parcel has reached its destination. 
In case you wish to send the products uninsured in a standard envelope (depending on the size of the product) please also choose "pick-up on-site" and inform us accordingly. Delivery is then at your risk only and there will be neither the possibility to track the parcel nor will we deliver a replacement in case it gets lost.
